We are very excited to add a new brand of classes to our MF Kent Schools; Ladies Only. 

These classes will be starting in the following venues:

Hersden Community Hall, Hersden – Fridays, 11:00am – 12:00pm (starting 3rd Octber)

Simon Langton Boys School, Canterbury – Mondays, 7:30pm – 8:30pm (starting 6th October)

These brand new classes will follow provide a fun, relaxed class for ladies to train in whilst learning all the exciting Martial Arts skills that we teach.

Membership:

These classes are open to all ladies so bring along your friends and family members and give it a go!

If you are currently a member and paying for unlimited classes per week (2 or more class a week) then this class is completely FREE!  If you would like to add this class option to your current membership simply speak to your Instructor and we can do this for you very easily.

Take your Martial Arts training to another level

There is no better way to train that with friends and loved ones and we are so proud that a large portion of our members are families.  We even have 3 & 4 generations of the same family in our classes.

As a family you get that valuable time together, working with each other, helping each other to achieve goals, getting fitter together and, above all, having lots of fun together.
