770 people turned out for this charity walk / run and we helped to raise over £6500 which was amazing.  Matt Fiddes Kent were also asked to help escort an Olympic Torch around the route.

Raising money for Pilgrims Hospices

Posted on: October 22nd, 2012 by MFKent

Saturday, 20th October saw some of the MFKent family take part in both a charity walk (3km) and run (5km) in aid of Pilgrims Hospices in Canterbury.

The event was called “Light up the City” and took all the walkers and runners through the streets of the Cathedral City at night.

Everyone received a medal and helped raise some much needed funds and awareness for this great cause.

Well done to you all!

First Aid Training a huge success

Posted on: October 22nd, 2012 by MFKent

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the First Aid Training held in Chilham on Saturday, 20th October.

There were courses running for both U13yrs and adults and everyone that took part did exceptionally well. Applying bandages was on the agenda as I found out but it was all great fun!

Certificates will be presented in class shortly.
