After such a challenging past 2yrs we are very excited to start preparing for the upcoming South East Championships in Burgess Hill on Sunday, 8th May 2022.
This tournament is a really exciting day for the whole family and there is something for everyone. Students of all ages can compete in the following categories:
- Hand-drills
- Forms (individual & pairs)
- Kick-boxing drill
- 5-Kick combo (Mighty Matts)
- 10-kick combo (Juniors & Adults)
- Sparring
