Welcome back

On behalf of the MF Kent Team we hope you have all had a lovely summer break and are rested and raring to go.

All our classes are back on as normal from this week and we look forward to seeing you there and working towards your next goal.

Staplehurst classes – we are back at the Primary School from next week (5th Sept).

NEWS UPDATE

Canterbury classes – please remember a change of venue from 1st September onwards to the Canterbury Primary school.

NEW classes opening in Herne Bay from 3rd September onwards.

CANTERBURY CLASSES – change of venue

Canterbury Classes – CHANGE OF LOCATION

From Sunday, 1st September 2019 all classes in Canterbury will move to The Canterbury Primary School.  This will be a permanent move and we will no longer be using SLGS for Boys for our sessions.  Our last classes at Simon Langton Boys School will be Wednesday, 28th August.

All of our classes will run on the same days and times as they currently do.

NEW VENUE (from 1st September onward):

Canterbury Primary School, City View, Franklyn Road, Canterbury, CT2 8PT – map

Thank you in advance for your patience as we make this move.

Please note that the address on our website and Facebook pages will change at the end of August.

Staplehurst summer classes

STAPLEHURST CLASSES – Summer timetable

Please note that as usual all classes are moving to the Staplehurst Village Centre, North Hall at the following times:

  • Mighty Matts & Juniors: 4:00 – 4:45pm
  • Seniors: 4:45 – 5:30pm
  • Black Belt Club: 5:30 – 6:15pm

Please arrive ready to start at those times so the classes are not disrupted with late arrivals.

This timetable will run as follows:

  • 25th July – 29th August (no classes 22nd August)

July – Championship Training

The next Championship Training session is fast approaching, all in preparation for the International Championships on the 9th of November in Bath.

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE.

There are a few families away on holiday so please do confirm your attendance before Wednesday, 17th July.

Staplehurst – 4th July

Staplehurst classes – Thursday, 4th July

Due to meeting at the Primary School the following classes will be moved to the Village Centre, North Hall:

Mighty Matts – 5:00pm

Junior – 5:30pm

These classes will run at the same time as they would if we were at the Primary School.

The Senior class (6:30pm) and Black Belt class (7:30pm) will run from the Primary School as normal (in the Infant Hall not the Junior Hall).

Summer shut-down

SUMMER SHUT-DOWN

As usual, we will be taking a well-deserved break during the summer.  There will be no classes during the following week:

19th – 25th August (inclusive)

Throughout the rest of the summer holiday all classes will run as normal.

All Staplehurst classes will run as per our normal school holiday timetable:

2019 International Championships – ENTER NOW

Entries are now open for the 2019 International Championships in Bath.  All entries must be made online and if you enter before the 31st August you will receive a FREE MF Championship t-shirt.

All classes will be held in the Old Gym at the school today.

Please park in the usual place and follow the pathway to the left of the main school building, going past the swimming pool towards the playing fields at the back.

PARENTS – due to space you may need to wait outside / in your car if its cold

Class times are as normal.
